Order Processing
- Payment Confirmation:
- Orders are processed for shipping only after successful payment confirmation (except for Cash on Delivery [COD] orders).
- Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping:
- We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. If your area is unserviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
International Shipping:
- We also ship to select international destinations. Additional shipping charges and customs duties (if applicable) will be borne by the customer. Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on the location and customs clearance.
Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Deliveries:
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order acceptance.
- International Deliveries:
- Delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or festivals. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders:
- A flat shipping fee of INR 50/- is applicable on all orders below INR 500. Orders above INR 500 qualify for free shipping.
International Orders:
- Shipping charges vary based on the destination country and package weight. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and the courier partner’s details.
Tracking Your Order:
- You can track the status of your package using the tracking number on our Order Tracking Page. Tracking information is usually updated 24 hours after dispatch.
Delivery Attempts and Address Issues
Delivery Attempts:
- If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order up to three times. If delivery fails after these attempts, the order will be returned to us.
- For COD orders, repeated delivery failures may result in a restriction on future COD purchases.
Address Changes:
- Changes to the delivery address can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. Address changes post-dispatch are not permitted.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
Order Not Delivered:
- If your order status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please report this to our support team within 72 hours of the delivery notification.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In case of a lost or damaged package during transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund upon confirmation from the courier partner.
Special Cases
Force Majeure Events:
- Deliveries may be delayed due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve them promptly.
Restricted Areas:
- If your delivery address is in a restricted area, additional time may be required for delivery. We will notify you of any additional requirements or changes.
